What is Anim8ed?

Welcome to Anim8ed, an on-line animation resource offering ideas, contacts and suggestions for teachers, educators and those interested in developing animation projects with groups. The site includes six step-by-step animation projects, together with the final animations, information about animators, and links to animation studios, festivals and courses.

Anim8ed is a result of a collaboration between the National Media Museum and Cartwright Hall Art Gallery in Bradford, the National Railway Museum in York and the Ferens Art Gallery in Hull .

The project was funded by the DCMS / DCSF Strategic Commissioning Partnership project.
